• Support and help is available. Look for support when you need it and when you are ready for it. You are not alone with your problem.

• If you are new in the industry, discuss working methods, negotiating strategies and other tips and tricks with more experienced colleagues. They can give you good tips for working professionally.

• With the workers in Pro Centre you can talk in confidence about your work in sex or erotic industry either by phone, e-mail or by making an appointment for personal meeting. On Tuesdays, our staff is on duty in the Pro24/7-service on our website.

• ATTENTION! If you suffer violence, do not wash until you have had a medical examination by a doctor! Medical examination is often necessary for collecting evidence of violence, for example if you have been raped.  

In Finland there are support services available for different kind of life situations: Victim Support Finland, Rape Crisis Centre Tukinainen, The Finnish Associations for Mental Health, Sexpo and Refugee Advice Centre.
